ARDEX A 38 為一款超快乾墊層砂漿，只需3小時即可開放步行；不論厚度，4小時後可接續施工。
ARDEX A 38 適用於室內、外浮動或非浮動式砂漿，包含如泳池類的溼區。
- 48小時後可舖設地毯、木材或乙稀基地板材
- 6小時後可通過 BRE 砂漿 (ISCR) 測試
- 24小時後可達到一般水泥砂漿28天後的最小壓力及拉伸測試強度。
